Dear Exhibitor:
The 2010 Annual Conference of the National Association of Extension 4-H Agents (NAE4-HA) will be held October 24 – 28, 2010 in Phoenix, at the Arizona Grand Resort. Registration for exhibitors is now available. You can register now to lock in the dates!
This conference will bring together an estimated 1,200 Cooperative Extension Professionals who work with 4-H Youth Development Programs across the nation. The 4-H program reaches 75,000 adult volunteers who work with over 11 million 4-H members. Youth development professionals continuously seek new and innovative resources, products, and awards to support their programs. We invite your organization to consider joining us as an exhibitor. Exhibiting at our conference is an effective and convenient way to promote your products and services.
Time is scheduled during the conference for attendees to visit with exhibitors and view booths to ensure adequate exposure of your business.

The registration cost for an 8 ft. x 10 ft. exhibit space for commercial vendors is $850 and for non-profit organizations $400. For all registrations, corner booths providing additional exhibitor space will be an additional $100. Each exhibit space rental includes one boxed lunch on Monday, October 25. Complete shipping and service information kits will be sent to exhibitors in advance of the show.
