If you have any involvement in the conference or might be able to help out in any way, please plan to register as a volunteer now.
How to Register to be a Volunteer
- Log on to http://georgia4h.org/nae4havolunteer/public/index.cfm
- On the left side of the screen select 'Register to be a Volunteer'
- Enter your email address (This will be your user name) and select Continue
- You will receive an email with a token; copy the token, click the link, paste the token in the space provided and select continue.
- Complete the necessary personal information. Note: When adding your password be sure to add a number and a symbol.
- If ever you need to make changes to your account select 'My Account' on the upper left side of the window once signed in.
How to Log On and Select Volunteer Jobs
Log on to http://georgia4h.org/nae4havolunteer/public/index.cfm select 'Volunteer' from the drop down box and Submit, Select 'Overall Schedule', then select a 'Division', 'Committee', or 'Date' and select Go to see what jobs are available, or select Go to see all.
Each committee has one or more jobs, and each of those jobs has one or more time slots you can apply for. You can view a list of available time slots by selecting 'Overall Schedule' (on the lower left side of the window). Once you have been approved for a job or jobs you can select 'My Schedule' to see a complete list of jobs. You should receive an email of each job you are selected for. Keep track of your schedule to manage your volunteer hours.
